We booked quite a few rooms for a weekend event we were attending locally.
The location was great, loads of parking, rooms nice and the food was nice but the best bit had to be the staff, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and chatty and didn't see our table of 24 as a problem.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Went on a night out.
Staff were lovely and attentive.
Some of the music could have been abit more dancy.....but everyone enjoyed the evening.
The food was very good.

The room was spacious and beautiful, the food was great, plenty of choice and really large portions. All the staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful.

Aston Hall Hotel hosted our wedding in July this year, they were amazing! The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Our wedding planner Angela was brilliant, she was always on hand to help and advise. We can’t thank everyone at Ashton Hall Hotel enough!

Disappointing second stay. Melton room not clean to BW standards. Full of cobwebs with stained carpet and damaged/marked walls. Shower room also dirty and needed attention.

It is a very lovely place , the rooms are big and spacious, the staff are friendly and quick to serve. All round great place to stay .

Overall our stay was reasonable, breakfast was very good. With an exception.
Unfortunately our stay was let down by the poor design of the wet room bathroom. The floor drained away from the shower, resulting in a pond forming across the whole floor, and us have to wade across to use the facilities! We did complain to the hotel and they gave us some refund to compensate. Otherwise the score would have been lower.
The church clock chimes through the night as well...
